"I’d like to share a huge thank you to Cory Mooneyham for his kind perseverance in reaching out to us over the past few months. You see, we were part of the State Farm family a few years back. Never had any problem with the company, but I decided to get our insurance from an online insurance company. Yes, I sacrificed some benefits to get a lower premium and I didn’t even call to speak with my agent beforehand. When Cory checked in to see if our needs were being met, I never answered the call or even listened to his voicemails. One day, though, Cory sent a quote and I looked at it. Immediately I called and was greeted by the friendliest, most personable voice who wanted to help me. It was wonderful. "I received a call today from Corey from State Farm inquiring about insurance. I want to start by saying the customer service was EXCELLENT! I just became apart of the State Farm family and I’m paying less than I was paying for more coverage and I now have a life insurance policy. He even took the time out to explain to me how some of their life insurance policies work for my kids. I asked numerous of questions and he answered each one with no problem and put it in terms we I could understand how it works.
